Product Overview

    The TMR1223 magnetic switch chip is a bipolar latch-type magnetic switch chip that integrates a tunnel magnetoresistive (TMR) sensor and CMOS circuitry. It can convert changing magnetic field signals into digital voltage signals to achieve precise position detection. This product includes X-axis and Y-axis dual-axis, dual-channel, bipolar latch switch signal output, with independent power supply and output for each channel.


    The chip operates within a voltage range of 3V to 40V, with a low single-axis static supply current of 0.5 mA, while maintaining a magnetic signal response frequency of 100 kHz. The TMR1223 chip is housed in a standard DFN8L (3mmx3mm x0.75mm) package.
