TMR1283 is a bipolar magnetic switch that integrates a tunnel magnetoresistive (TMR) sensor and CMOS technology, developed for high-sensitivity, high-speed, low-power, and high-precision applications. TMR1283 utilizes a high-precision push-pull full-bridge TMR magnetic sensor and CMOS integrated circuits, including a TMR voltage generator, comparator, Schmitt trigger, and open-drain output circuit, capable of converting changing magnetic field signals into digital voltage signal outputs.
