Product Overview

    TMR1283 is a bipolar magnetic switch that integrates a tunnel magnetoresistive (TMR) sensor and CMOS technology, developed for high-sensitivity, high-speed, low-power, and high-precision applications. TMR1283 utilizes a high-precision push-pull full-bridge TMR magnetic sensor and CMOS integrated circuits, including a TMR voltage generator, comparator, Schmitt trigger, and open-drain output circuit, capable of converting changing magnetic field signals into digital voltage signal outputs. TMR1283 provides temperature compensation power through an internal voltage regulator and allows for a wide operating voltage range (3 V to 40 V). TMR1283 operates at high voltage, with a supply current of less than 0.6 mA, high response frequency, wide operating temperature range, and superior resistance to external magnetic interference, making it an ideal choice for many low-power, high-performance applications. TMR1283 is packaged in a small, convenient, and reliable SOT23-3 form factor, with the corresponding product model being TMR1283S.
